1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the provision of creative services (graphic design, branding, and digital content services) by ILYASS LAHLOU CONSULTING (ILC), hereinafter referred to as “the Service Provider,” to any person or entity (“Client”) who contracts these services, whether on a recurring (subscription) or project basis.

By engaging ILC’s services, the Client expressly accepts and agrees to be bound by the provisions herein. This Agreement is governed by Moroccan law and subject to Moroccan jurisdiction.
